REFUND POLICY

 

All sales concluded at MINERVA ROSES are final. We do not accept returns due to the fragile nature of the roses.

In the rare circumstances, if there is a delay due to severe weather conditions or damage during shipment / delivery, contact us immediately via email minervarosesla@gmail.com or whatsapp +1 818 3262186we are available from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. pm from Monday to Saturday. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement should be submitted to contac@minervaroses.com. 

On those cases Minerva Roses accepts full responsibility and will work to replace your order as soon as possible.
